Recently, ZHGAS signed an entrusted sludge operation and management service contract with Sanxia Rixin Water Environmental Protection (Zigui) Co., Ltd. for the Zigui Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Located within the Zigui Wastewater Treatment Plant in Zigui County, Yichang City, Hubei Province, this project utilizes a "sludge thermal drying + continuous high-speed carbonization" process for sludge treatment. The raw sludge has a moisture content of 80%, and the project handles a capacity of 40 tons per day. The sludge is first thermally dried and dewatered to 30% moisture content before being sent to carbonization equipment for carbonization, producing carbonized material.
In the bidding process for this project, ZHGAS stood out among numerous competitors. Through multiple rounds of competition, the company ultimately secured the entrusted operation rights, demonstrating its solid professional capabilities, strong technical support, and clear operation management strategies.
During the operation and management period, ZHGAS will be responsible for the treatment of sludge at the Zigui Wastewater Treatment Plant, as well as the inspection, maintenance, and operation of related facilities.
